    买一包辣豆瓣酱料包,即可迅速变出一道可口的鲳鱼带子料理,非常方便!

    Step 1

    鱼洗净,抹干,用少许盐涂抹。Clean fish, pat dry using kitchen towel. Rub salt all over the fish.

    Step 2

    镬内热油,放入鱼以中火煎熟,捞起沥干油,排入碟。Heat some oil in wok, pan fry the fish under medium low heat until golden brown and crispy., drain and dish up.

    Step 3

    另外在一个干净平底锅热少许油,放入带子煎至金黄色及熟,取出摆盘。In another clean wok, heat some oil, sear the scallop till golden brown. Arrange on plate.

    Step 4

    平底锅热油,爆香小葱头,姜茸和蒜蓉,加入Nyolike辣豆瓣酱,拌炒至香,铺在鱼身上。Using the same pan, add in chopped shallot , ginger and garlic, fry till aromatic. Pour in Nyolike Chilli Bean Paste, stir until well combine, pour the sauce over the fish.

    Step 5

    再热平底锅,爆香蒜蓉和甜菜脯,铺在带子上。In a frying pan, heat oil and sauté chopped garlic and chopped dried radish till crispy, put on top of scallop.

    Step 6

    吃时可撒上青葱或辣椒丝。Garnish with spring onion and chillies as desired.
